The classes themselves are well-structured and effective. If this review were only about the people at this location, it would be an easy five stars. Unfortunately, the scheduling system makes the overall experience so frustrating that we’ll be finishing our remaining prepaid classes and moving on. Zoom Room requires all its franchises to use MindBody Online for class registration, and it is hands-down the worst booking platform I’ve ever encountered. We were able to log in exactly once when our account was first created, but something broke after that and we’ve been permanently locked out ever since. We’ve worked with the staff to try to resolve it, but even they haven’t been able to fix the issue. You can’t view the class schedule without logging in, and you can’t register for classes you’ve already paid for. Every single session requires calling or visiting in person just to get booked into a class we already own. It’s demoralizing to watch a great local team get dragged down by a corporate software decision they have no control over. The Littleton staff deserves better tools, and customers deserve to be able to use what they’ve paid for without jumping through hoops. If Zoom Room as a company ever addresses this, we’d happily come back — but until then, we’ll be looking for alternatives.
