Went in for my appointment today to get my dog vaccinated and they decided they weren’t gonna be able to see him today because everyone was about to go to lunch… just give him the shot and then go to lunch, what a waste of time

I’ve been bringing my pets here for a couple years now and every visit has been such a good experience. The staff is super friendly, caring, and really seem to love what they do. They always make sure my pets are comfortable and that I understand what’s going on with their care. Big shoutout to Mady, she’s awesome with customer service! She’s always so helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. Dr. Grillot and all the supporting staff here are amazing with my pets and always take such great care of them while they’re in their hands.

Only had the displeasure of speaking to the front desk lady didn't get her name, horrible bed side manner, sounded like she didnt want to be there. I asked about the free appointment I had set up online and i'm glad I called, because I didn't see on the coupon that I had to print it out anyway. She proceeds to tell me I needed to bring in the coupon not having a printer that kinda was disappointing knowing myself I know that I sounded disappointed but instead of hearing that she proceeds to tell to tell me in a unprofessional manner "there is FedEx and the library" , I know that, but you didn't need to say it like that to me. If you're working at a front desk position, and I know this from personal experiences, nobody wants to hear somebody be sassy with them over the phone and due to her lack of compassion, and due to her lack of the ability to I understand that I'm setting up an appointment for my dog, because I'm concerned about my animal, I canceled my appointment. You work in a profession where people want to feel heard and cared for and today you missed that marker. Say what you want about people being rude, but if you don't want anybody to be rude to you don't work in a place where when they call and they are asking questions because they genuinely want to make sure they have all their ducks in a row you act like that like it was an inconvenience to answer the phone and be short. That wasn't even the full conversation I had asked what The Visit would entail, and I think it was when I said it's free, right. That's when she got short with me. Look girly I hope you stay blessed and leanr to have better bed side manner in your profession. And nobody else might have called you out on this, but i'm definitely going to because that was rude. You also didn't even try to fix it. You just said okay. So I hope your bosses know that that's the type of person they have at the front desk. Also I understand that The Visit was free. She needs vaccines. She needs medication, so that's why I wanted The Visit to be free. So that way, I could afford those other things that she needs acting like I wasn't gonna spend any money outrageous. The prices for vet visits are ridiculous and I finally found a place that I thought was going to be a great place to take my dog will not be recommending.
