Do not go to banfield at all. I’ve seen how awful they treat thier staff and doctors and they all deserve better. The staff always breaks thier backs doing their best to provide the best care possible for your pet but corporate and management DO NOT care. Take your pets somewhere where the company cares and isn’t just trying to make you spend money just because.

I would give them a zero star if I could. They are never there when their website hours say they will be. I have made two trips in the past 24 hours to refill a prescription for my dog and both times I have left empty handed. First they change their policy on price matching every time you go in, then they advertise they are open but they really aren't. Their station is disgusting and dirty and they don't have staff or vets available when you need them. I will be changing vets and recommend not every going here!

I am so disappointed and not satisfied with how Ive been treated. Ive had issues in the past but this one is the cherry on the cake. I booked an appointment for my dog on Friday 01/2/2026 to have a lump checked and also to get vaccines. At the end of the appointment I was told that if my dog has any reactions or if something comes up to not hesitate to call back. Not even 2 hours later, Im in the emergency vet because my dog is having a bad seizure. She has never had a real one before. Not just a quick seizure. She was flopping like a fish out of water, foaming out the mouth, going in and out of consciousness, and defecated all over my partner. After being at the emergency vet, they couldn't really figure out what caused it but he did mention to me that the vaccines and stress could have definitely been the cause of it. They listed it as a grand mal seizure because it lasted over 15 minutes. She could have DIED! The emergency doctor told me to get into contact with her primary vet immediately. I called the very next morning, 30 mins after opening and was told my vet was unable and that she would call me back. I can be flexible but this is an important manner, figured the doctor knowing the circumstances would at least call me back by the end of the day to check in because IT IS A BIG DEAL! Nope. No call back. I tried calling 4x today, Sunday 01/4/26. Finally someone picked up and they only have a floater doctor? Really disappointing to have this happen after being told to call if something happens. How am I supposed to trust this doctor, the staff of this location, or honestly this vet as a whole, when I can't even be treated as if this situation matters!? Im disgusted with how this is being handled. I honestly will be calling Monday to receive a copy of my two dogs records and I will be looking for a better vet that actually shows they care. Im not sure what exactly happened when they took my dog into the back room but all I have to say is never again. I will be telling everyone Im close to about this situation and to not trust Banfield. I work with dogs too and I know how important safety, health concerns and communication is. I will fight to get my wellness plan cancelled. Horrible service. Horrible care. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Adding picture proof of hospital visit.

I took my 11yr.old Yorkie in because she was acting lethargic and vomiting, they did blood work etc, talked to the vet st 5 and they said her liver count was off the charts,I said should we go ahead and put her to sleep, she also had a horrible smell about her,the vet said no let's try some medicine and come pick her up st 530 I got there and they kept adding to the bill I told them I could give them at the time, not one time did they give her fluids or medicine knowing she was dehydrated they finally gave medicine after I paid for it and wanted almost 100.00 gor fluids they I didn't have they sent me home an d said I have appointment in one week, hot home put my baby bed and she died at 11 that night the smell she had was the smell death and they d idnt give a shit it was only about the money........almost 500 with out fluids. Im going to see how I go about turning them in for how they handled this, you would think being a vet they could tell she was dying but it was only about the money. DEAR OWNER THSNK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE, im contacting an attorney Monday,I recorded my conversation with vet when we on the phone so I could listen to it again do i understood what t was going on with my dog,and on the recorded I asked about putting my baby down she said NO,She thought Littles would begin with medication we would watch her I said if her liver was that bad let's just do it,she again said no,than the dig was dead 6 hours later, she took my money, sent me with medicine that never hot used and let my dog suffer, than called yesterday and said they would cremate my dog for a small fee!!!!It's was only money with you guys and never one time gave my dehydrated fog water they wanted 100 more!!!!!!!Im seeing you.....
