  Took my dog grooming and he came back with razor burns on his ears and had to take him to the vet. Good to know the type of treatment pets receive their.

  They took great care of my boy. I took off a star because the vet tech was extremely rude and did not want to accept my proof of rabies vaccine. She let me know several times that it is illegal to lie about having a dog vaccinated and ordered the records right from the vet who gave him his vaccine. The vet herself was great.

  Maika really went above and beyond in his customer service today. He helped me with a missing tagged item, let me know about the sale on treats, help me do some socialization with my pitbull pup, and checked me out. He did this even though there is a stereotype with bully breeds; showing absolutely no fear. Thank you so much Maika!!

  My husband and I took our smaller dog to this location and when we made out way to the back we noticed some customers and an employee standing there, suddenly the customers larger poodle lunged from around the side isle and got into my dog's face pushing her backwards, the employee stuck a leg out which did nothing and ended up cornering my dog into a shelf. We noticed the dog had a leash on but no one grabbed it or made an attempt. I had to physically get between them to pick my dog up to walk away because the customers and the employee did absolutely NOTHING besides laugh and say, "It's okay, it's okay" as my dog was cornered into a shelf stiff as a board in fear. News flash, none of that was okay. The customer only started to grab her dog when I was already getting mine away. It sounded like they were trying to train this other dog in the middle of the isles of the store too which is a recipe for disaster. At the very least they could have warned us that there was a dog loose so we could have tried to avoid that. At other stores they have dedicated training spaces that are enclosed for everyone's safety which should be prioritized if this is a common occurrence here or simply don't try to train in the middle of store isles. Pet stores need to be able to be enjoyed by everyone and their pets and experiences like this due to negligence of owners/staff definitely make us find other stores that have more respect for people.
