We were able to get an appointment easily, didn’t wait long to check in or once we were in the exam room, and every person we interfaced with was kind and helpful. Sexton was a great technician who made sure we had all the information we needed and we felt our dog was well cared for by everyone there.

Everytime I attempt to call the place I went to, I get diverted to a call center where either I can't understand the person im speaking to, or they don't understand what im trying to tell them. Banfield was so much easier and organized. This is awful. I will not return age this year
