Everytime I attempt to call the place I went to, I get diverted to a call center where either I can't understand the person im speaking to, or they don't understand what im trying to tell them. I booked the appointment less than an hour before the appointment time because I had walked out of a different veterinary office when they made it evident that they did not care about me or my animal whatsoever. Without realizing it, April and Dr. Douglas made us customers for life. April's communication, care, personality, and attention to comfort and detail when it came to my skittish/anxious kitty eased my pet mama heart immediately. Followed up by Dr. Douglas' calm, informative, transparent, and loving care - I was absolutely sold. I cannot express how much they turned our day around, and how much they reaffirmed that I was making the right choice for my fur baby by coming here today. If you can request them when you visit, please do. You won't regret it.
