I was quoted $300–$400 over the phone for a dog X-ray, but when I arrived, the price had jumped to over $800. They refused to attempt the X-ray without sedation and said it couldn’t be done the same day. I was told I would have to drop my dog off the next morning, and he would be sedated and kenneled until the vet could fit him in between other appointments. The vet disregarded everything I said, and I didn’t get the X-ray. Would not recommend.

Today, one of my dogs lost his life due to stomach cancer, and during his last checkup at this clinic, they didn't detect anything, even though we told them he seemed overweight and had some lumps on his body. I do not recommend taking your pets to this clinic. Of course there's no record of a cancer case, because they never wanted to do any tests. Their "doctors" simply said he was overweight because of the castration. I have no reason to go to their clinic anymore. The mother of the puppy who died also has skin problems, and her vets said it was due to age-related hair loss. Now I know that she has a bacterial infection on her skin, which is causing the hair loss, but I only discovered this after my dog's death and realizing the clinic's NEGLIGENCE. I was able to go to another clinic and get a proper diagnosis in time. I truly hope they improve their work and don't just prioritize money.

We took our 2 schnauzer girls for the first time to Red Rocks Animal Center 1/16/26 for a wellness check up and vaccines. Every single staff member we met was pleasant, helpful, and all around wonderful. The facility was spacious, clean, and inviting. They weren’t pushy at all to purchase things which some places can be. Pricing was fantastic and I know that can be worrisome to some. We left there completely satisfied with our visit and our girls loved all that sweet attention and love. This schnauzer family HIGHLY recommends you take your fur baby here. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been going there for 13 years. Since they sold to another group, there customer service is horrible. They called to have my dog's teeth cleaned, which of course she needs anesthesia. They lost the surgeons for awhile so I asked if I needed to come in for another check up. The gal put me on hold and asked the doc. They said no and the blood work wouldn't cost. So I made the appt. Yes I was late as I came from Thornton and there was a car accident. They then proceeded to tell me the doc would see me, but it could be up to 3 hours. I told them it was only a tech visit and from there, the lady was very rude. Started talking over me, wouldn't listen and said I was yelling when it was the other way around when she was talking over me. I finally asked for her supervisor. It took awhile, then supposedly Chloe, her sup. Came on. Listened for a minute, then proceeded to repeat everything the other girl said. She then said ma'am, is you don't want to listen, then tell me where you would like me to send Missy files. We won't have you back
Really! 13 years and not a drop of a problem.
They are all about money and not your fur babies. Please Be Careful!
