We have been going there for 13 years. Since they sold to another group, there customer service is horrible. They called to have my dog's teeth cleaned, which of course she needs anesthesia. They lost the surgeons for awhile so I asked if I needed to come in for another check up. The gal put me on hold and asked the doc. They said no and the blood work wouldn't cost. So I made the appt. Yes I was late as I came from Thornton and there was a car accident. They then proceeded to tell me the doc would see me, but it could be up to 3 hours. I told them it was only a tech visit and from there, the lady was very rude. Started talking over me, wouldn't listen and said I was yelling when it was the other way around when she was talking over me. I finally asked for her supervisor. It took awhile, then supposedly Chloe, her sup. Came on. Listened for a minute, then proceeded to repeat everything the other girl said. She then said ma'am, is you don't want to listen, then tell me where you would like me to send Missy files. We won't have you back
Really! 13 years and not a drop of a problem.
They are all about money and not your fur babies. Please Be Careful!

Great visit! Both the tech and vet took their time with my nervous shelter pup, she had a great first experience.

I recently received results indicating that my dog is unwell. I was supposed to get the results after Thanksgiving, but I didn’t receive them until December 5th. This delay was especially concerning because the condition could spread to my cats — who are also their patients — and could even pose a risk to humans.
I asked for oral medication and a copy of the prescriptions for both my dog and my cats. Instead, the clinic refused and claimed they “needed more test results” — even though they already knew what the issues were. It felt like they were pushing unnecessary tests rather than helping. Their actions came across as them just wanting more money.
On top of that, the clinic is very overpriced. One of my kittens was extremely sick and had 5 to 7 infections in his system. The prescription medication they had given me had already run out, and when I asked for a refill, they told me he needed to be retested again to “see if he was still infected.”
Excuse me — 5 to 7 infections do not magically heal overnight. Of course he would still need treatment. Retesting instead of simply continuing the medication made no sense and felt like another way to charge more.
Overall, the logic didn’t add up, and the lack of compassion and support was unacceptable.
I strongly advise against using this veterinary clinic. In my experience, they were unhelpful, money-focused, overpriced, and not truly concerned about my pets’ health. I recommend finding a more honest, reasonable, and compassionate vet.
