The person on the phone was very helpful and informative. When Paisley (my dog) and I arrived I let them know we were there for the dog wash and they directed us to the back of the store where we were met but someone who showed us everything we needed. Paisley was super nervous and isn’t a fan of baths in general. The area was well was equipped with what we needed including shampoo, conditioner, brushes, and towels. The person who showed us the dog wash seemed to be “checking” on me to see if I was done. She passive aggressively cleaned up the tub before I had the chance and I felt rushed. With that being said I had donated plasma earlier in the day and felt like I was going to pass out. The lady at the cash register helped me sit down, got me water and gave Paisley treats. Once I felt a little better I moved to sit in my car because my dog was still pretty stressed out. I apparently forgot my phone and they were kind enough to follow me out with it. Pets N’ Stuff not only has an extensive selection of pet food, toys and treats their staff made sure I was okay and I’m incredibly appreciative of that!

Before I even got to the pet wash they were commenting how I was the last wash in a not friendly tone. Will not ever return after using this store for 4 years. Thanks for being clear about how much you dislike your customers
