They told me my dog had so many knots, which is a lie. He's a beautiful dog. I'll post pictures so you can see what they did to him. Besides, the price is way too high—115 for this! And the claim that I asked for this is a lie. I asked for a "bear cut," not this. They also charged me extra for shampoo to prevent shedding, but they didn't even leave my Pomeranian with any hair. 😌

He is a small 7-lb Pomeranian — we usually brush him every 3 days, give him a bath every 2 weeks, and maintain his regular grooming schedule. Yesterday, my husband picked him up and we were charged as if he were a long-haired dog, plus his ear area was cut much shorter than usual. We were told this was because of supposed knots, which was not true — he may occasionally have small tangles, but only around his tail area. The biggest issue was the overcharge: we normally pay $65 plus tip for his size, which includes a bandana and special shampoo. This time, not only was the price higher, but he didn’t even receive his bandana, and his haircut was much shorter than requested, even though we specifically asked to just trim and shape it. Unfortunately, this experience has made us consider not returning to this location.
