  They were incredibly kind, accommodating and you can tell they have a passion for caring for our furry babes. My Doctor took the time to sit down with us and explain everything and treated our dog with care and respect, which made all the difference. The rooms are also set up to foster comfort and calmness in a usually stressful environment. They are wonderful and I can not recommend them enough!

  I cannot thank this vet enough. Unfortunately we have two dogs and one bullies the other. I had previously taken my dog to a vet in Boulder, who did a fraction of the "work" on my dog, for hundreds of dollars more. Zero follow up and my dog had to be sedated because he was so uncomfortable in that office. After a recent squabble, I had to bring my pup in to have a bite wound looked at. My dog absolutely loved everyone in this office. The doctor spoke with me directly and gave me her plan of action first, then provided me with a list of steps, with the corresponding charges. It was such a relief to see the costs up front (and they were extremely reasonable!) The doctor went above and beyond for my dog and we've had two follow up visits. All costs were provided up front, so no surprise additions. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my pup. He is so comfortable here and we will definitely be coming back for all future services. THANK YOU! ❤️

  Everyone there was incredibly friendly. They took their time with my pets, explained everything to me, went over pricing, and even made some adjustments for me. Professional, and kind. I was trying them out to see, and I will be switching veterinarians to them. It may not be the fanciest place, but you can tell they know what they are doing and they really love animals. My pets were incredibly comfortable there. The waiting room is really small and if every animal got along, it would not be an issue.

  I was watching a friend 's dog while they were out of state. She needed medical attention immediately and they were able to get her in the same day. (My own vet wouldn't do it and neither would two other vets closer to me). When I arrived the front desk receptionist was very kind and attentive. Dr Kuger met with us quickly. She ran only the tests necessary to make a diagnosis. She was very compassionate and professional and answered my questions thoroughly. She conveyed the urgency of the situation calmly and very informatively. Her and her staff found an emergency vet hospital and sent all the necessary documents to the facility. They did not rush me even though it was closing time. I'm considering changing my vet to Dr Kuger because of this positive experience. Side note: there was a hiccup with two of the vet techs that made the situation a bit stressful. When I brought it to their attention, they understood their mistake and apologized. We all make mistakes. It is either the mistake or response that is remembered depending on which one was more impactful. They responded appropriately.
