Was a positive experience. Was promptly helped after walking in for a wellness concern. The vet and her assistant checked the site of concern while asking questions from the beginning tell the time leading to the check up. Showed true concern and a want to help my dog. They showed and explained what the concern is and what the next steps are to move forward with his care. A week into my dogs nasty rash and laceration, it looks great due to the cleaning, medications and cone prescribed. I would recommend based off my visit.
The staff here are fantastic! They treated my lab's conjunctivitis quickly and were a joy to work with.

Reasonable care, quick appointments. Don’t love that the random vets who aren’t there often seem not to know what’s going on with your pet or what was recommended by the vet who saw them last. Also, they never seem to remember that my dog is male, even right after his “exam.” Also, when I call, I’d love to be able to talk to someone in Highlands Ranch instead of someone in a far-off country who clearly isn’t popping into the next room to check with the doctor about anything.

My old Aussie/GSD girl Kira had a nasty looking open wound on her leg, not sure when or how she got it as she is very furry! I took her in and Dr. Pugh was super helpful and did not try to upsell me to get more work done but listened to and addressed each of my concerns, and took care of her too. I know the care was great because they said she was a very good girl!
