- JHJeff HathawayOct 12, 20252.0I scheduled my dog for vaccines today and was denied the ability to get the 3 year versions of the shots because the previous was more than 3 years and 30 days prior. The previous shots were 3 years and 9 months so they denied this as a company policy. I believe you mean well even though I disagree with your reasoning. You lost my business today and I believe you should have clear information posted on this.
