I give one star because when I called them to say I was running late but almost to the store - they proceeded to tell me that they have a no later than 5 min late policy & have to reschedule my first cats’ appointment when I believe both of my cats had back to back appointments anyway & the communication just wasn’t there & I felt like I wasn’t being understood but nonetheless my boys got taken care of. I give one star to the lady I spoke to on the phone when I called to tell them I was running late but I was almost there. And I have two cats to carry inside so, I wasn’t leaving one of them in the car. I will go elsewhere to find affordable healthcare. I did get a free exam coupon & I used it during my visit here which was a bonus. Just sucks I didn’t really like my experience.
