I tried to stick with one groomer so that my pup is comfortable that being said I have been using Virginia since I adopted him in July. I left specific instructions for her to leave him "fluffy" but instead I pick him up and all of his hair is chopped off. That's NOT what I asked her to do. In response she tells me that he had some matted hair in some areas on his body and she couldn't cut those areas so she decided to shave him. The proper way would've been to call me and tell me that not have me show up to pick him up with no hair whatsoever. I am beyond disappointed in my services provided and I was still charged over $100 for the hair cut. I will be taking my pup elsewhere to get a haircut and won't be wasting my time, money, and gas to bring him to this location. Attached is a before and after picture. My dog doesn't even look happy.
