After our FIRST visit at this location we were told to find another grooming place for our dog because he is “kind of hyper” (he’s not even 1 year old). This was extremely disappointing as we just moved and this is the closest location. We have never received this feedback before and were very caught off guard. Do not take your dog here if they have any extra energy, they’ll tell you to go somewhere else:

Why would I tip for a service that I'm not there for? I have no idea how my dog was treated. Also, why would I let someone else enter the top behind the counter after saying it out loud? I'm assuming this is not what corporate wants for customer experience. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the grooming job was done well.
