They gave us an allergy prescription for ouR dog that worked the same night! They even got him in a day after Christmas. Thank you guys!

They’ve helped us navigate cushing’s disease with my older pittie and allergies and ear infections with our puppy pittie. That being said, I don’t recommend getting your prescriptions filled here. I’ve been filling the same prescription for over a year now. Almost every month, there’s an issue. Sometimes only one box is ready, sometimes it’s not ready at all, sometimes the just don’t follow up saying the medication is ready for pickup. The meds are $250…. So not cheap. It just doesn’t make me feel like a valued patient. Most months, I end up making 2 trips here because the meds are always an issue. It’s just another thing to worry about when you’re already dealing with a sick dog :( especially one who is very unwell if he misses a dose.

Took my dog Benny in after multiple calls to other places that couldn't take him same day because of not eating/not drinking or wouldn't and they did x-rays, fluids, diagnosed, spoke with multiple front desk, techs, doctors, and they got him in next morning for emergency surgery. Then dealt with all our calls, questions, and concerns over weeks. There will be no situation where I won't recommend everyone there for every situation.
- APAndrew PedersonDec 6, 20251.0Edit: manager called me and gave me a refund on the difference from what I was told to what I paid. Was quoted “ around $250” before I agreed to treatment. Final bill was $438 and nothing changed from to what was done for treatment. This was for an exam, looking at ear wax, a cortisone shot, some antibiotics and ear infection drops. At west ridge 2 years ago I paid $168 for the same treatment. I’ll remove the review once I get a call back explaining why this happened.
