The cashier that I had was so sweet! But the way the manager (lady with extremely short hair and glasses) acted towards the employees was absolutely appalling! I wish I could’ve gotten her name because she definitely needs to be trained in some human decency. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. The employees that work there deserve better than that.

Prices are too high, toys for cats are ok. I dont seem to find toys for my cats there ever. Food costs too much, litter costs too much. The employees just walk by you and dont ask if you need help. I have been wondering around 3 miles and 3 employees walk by me and not one asked if I needed help. Cashiers dont smile and seem bothered that they have to work. Especially if two of them are having a personal conversation and they have to stop. They get annoyed. Sorry to make you do what your being paid for. I rarely go in unless Petsmart doesnt have it.

Went and got my dog groomed for the first time today. Summer took care of ziggy and she did an amazing job. She called me right away. She did an awesome with ziggys bath and de shedding. The problem happened when I arrived 5 minutes after the called because I only live down the street. Summer did tell me on the phone she may be in the back with the other animal when I come back but the other groomer will help me. I waited at the grooming center for almost 10 minutes. I saw 2 associates at the regular check out line helping customers, once the line was made and clear the lady behind the regular check out came out behind the counter and passed me 3 times and didn’t acknowledge I was standing there waiting to be helped in grooming. I noticed pictures behind the grooming counter and saw Summer and Rebecka. Rebecka is the one who walked passed me multiple times. I went to the man at the regular counter and told him I’m here to pick up my dog from grooming. He got my paperwork and took me to the regular check out and told me he will have to find someone to get my dog. Rebecka came back from walking around the store to the regular counter and the man told her I was here to pick up ziggy. She looked very confused unknowing of what what going on. I just think it was very unprofessional in every way from her. Summer made me feel very welcomed and told me exactly what happened. The other girl ignored a customer needing help, had to be told by another associate to help me bc he was not in that department, and also did not know how to handle the little nervousness that ziggy had. Summer said it wasn’t a problem but she had to announce it and said it wasn’t an issue getting him out. Maybe because she doesn’t know how or just unhappy in what she does. I take my dogs here bc the associates are USUALLY nice and always there to help. She did not care i existed. I will only have Summer groom and work with Ziggy. She rocked!

This is the second time that I've brought my dog in here to get groomed. I like how cheap it is and how well they take care of my elderly dog.
However, this last time I paid specifically a "FALL bandana" as an add-on, (which I never do) as it was stated in the app when I was choosing her grooming style and add-ons. It said they were low on stock, but I was able to buy one so I assumed she'd get one.
When I picked her up, they had put a summer bandana on her. One that has sun glasses, ice cream cones, coconuts, and Palm trees on it...as you can see in the pic I posted. 🤨
I was charged for this, and it's just totally ugly. It is not something I would have ever purchased for my dog at any point in time. Ever.
This was really disappointing as I was really looking forward to my baby having an autumn bandana since she doesn't have one yet and I'm very festive.
I'm really not sure how they'd think that was ok, instead of just refunding me or removing it from my receipt altogether if they were out... I mean, the cost of that was half of the groomers tip alone.
