Our baby aspen was in amazing hands the entire time, our vet tech Claire was very informative with every step and very loving with our girl. Dr Jeanne Meshcer was also outstanding. Recommended 100000/10

We were satisfied with the care they provided our pet, but we felt misled by the technician who never told us (and then lied about it) the pricey consult fee was actually not a requirement for reading an X-Ray. At the end of the day, this seemed more like a cash grab than an actual vet clinic.

We have the wellness plan but the spay wasn't part of it. Brought our puppy in to be spayed.
Dropped her off at 7:30 as scheduled and they had a dental procedure come up so she wasn't even taken back until after 11:00. The Dr. called and explained costs and even though I had asked at the time I scheduled appointment if there was any issue with her being in heat (and told there wasn't) the vet informed us that since our puppy was still in the last days of heat, they would be charging an additional amount of $116.00. That should have been mentioned as an "issue" and we would have waited a week or two longer. They also told us they would call when she was ready to go but after waiting several hours, I contacted them and was told yes, we could get her anytime. No phone call from them letting us know she was ready so I'm not sure how long she was sitting in a kennel.
Also, she apparently had a mild ear infection which was additional-approximately $100.00 for ear wash and ear drops. The plan, as we were told, only helped with ear exam-no meds.
The bill that we were originally told would be $475 ended up being $791.00
Not the least bit impressed, feel like they are coming up with anything to charge for and the prices are extremely high.
We won't be getting any more plans or services at a Greeley Banfield. They also need to educate their employees on giving correct information and prices.

I haven't been to Banfield since 2010... Left because my pitbull was attacked by a Yorkie leaving the groomer and the staff blamed my dog. I'm with an amazing vet team now.

I had a terrible experience at the Greeley Banfield location, specifically in my interaction with Madi. I brought in two dogs — one for a drop-off appointment (which I was about 10 minutes late for) and one for a regular appointment, which I was on time for. I was told they could not be seen together and that I would have to leave one behind and return later, which already created unnecessary inconvenience.
During the appointment, I was pressured to authorize multiple tests that were not needed, and when I declined, I was treated unprofessionally. The appointment dragged on because the doctor was balancing multiple pets, ultimately running 45 minutes over. I had to leave before everything was completed in order to pick up my child from school.
The next day, I received repeated calls throughout the day demanding I come back to pay a small balance. I was even threatened with collections. This type of harassment, on top of the poor service, is unacceptable.
I currently have two wellness plans with Banfield, but after this experience I will never return to the Greeley location. I will be switching my home base to Loveland, where the staff has always been professional and respectful. The customer service at Greeley has dramatically declined, and it seems the focus is more on pushing unnecessary tests and sales than on caring for pets or treating clients with respect.
Banfield can and should do better.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
