The lady was absolutely rude to me. I said I’ll go back and get her. Rudely she says, no one can go back there. Not even a minute later they come and get me. Three people had my dog pretty much cornered in kennel. One lady was holding her down with gloves on. I was livid!! They proceed to tell me she was great with getting groomed, washed and nails done. I asked if she broke skin and was told no. Mind you she has never bit anyone before!!!
