I came in looking for a small aquarium or enclosure for my snake, something lightweight and easy to transport so I can drop him off with a pet sitter while I’m on vacation. Dustin was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from the start. He took the time to explain the different sales that were going on as well as the membership options Petco offers. Because of his thorough explanation, I ended up purchasing a larger tank in addition to the tank that I originally planned, something I wouldn’t have done without his help. He made the process easy, pressure-free, and actually enjoyable. On top of that, Dustin had a great sense of humor, cracked a few jokes, and made the interaction feel very relaxed and welcoming. He even helped me get the tank loaded into my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Dustin’s customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond, and it made a big difference in my experience. Petco is lucky to have him!

They dig a good job, but then when I made an appointment for her next haircut, they did not clip her nails again! They also forgot to cut the hair on her face and I wish I had noticed while we were still there because I won’t be going back again! We used Petco for years without issue at another location, but now we will be going to a private groomer. I wanted to stay because of their free grooming after 7 paid, but this last time was supposed to be my free one. I told them this, and they said it wasn’t until next time. When I got home, it said my free groom had been used that day, even though I paid $80! Super lame.
