When your dog or cat needs routine medical care in the northwestern neighborhoods of Grand Junction, CO, visit Banfield Pet Hospital on Patterson Road. Our vet clinic is conveniently located right across from the Mesa Mall and can easily be reached from both Patterson Road and Highway 6 and 50. If you live in Grand Junction, Appleton, or Redlands, Banfield Pet Hospital is a convenient place for a variety of general veterinary services.
We LOVED the redstone location and it's staff but now that they are closed we have to use the one inside a pet store which is a little difficult to bring your pet into if they are sick/injured. At our last visit the receptionist that checked us in seemed to just be in a rush to have a conversation with her friend that worked for the pet store rather than take the time to take care of patients and was just very short and rude.

I've been bringing my pets here for the last several years and I'm consistently impressed with premium quality of care I have received.
I love that they have drop-in availability for non-emergency and emergency situations.
The staff is kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their pet insurance more than pays for itself over the year. It's also a blessing that they accept the Care credit credit card, so there's never an issue with payment.
I highly recommend Banfield hospital for your pet needs in Grand Junction Colorado.

If I can give them 0 starts, I will. Receptionist wasn't prepared for my bill, telling me I had to pay $400 for services including xrays, which I didn't authorize. She finally gets it resolved, but there is not communication between staff and veterinarian looks like. First impression. Second, she told me she won't release my cat until I have rabies shot and I have to wait an hour cuz they have an emergency. Excuse?? My cat has her rabies shot but I didn't have the paperwork at the moment. I told her I denied the rabies shots with them because it was a terrible approach receptionist did with me. They lost a good client here and I won't come back here anymore. I will stick with Cottonwood Hospital, better service and way more affordable.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
