(We can block online spam.) So, unless you give them some of your personal info, you will not get a receipt for your purchase no matter how expensive the purchase and that store is saying they will not accept a return. **Think twice before making a purchase from Golden, CO PetCo store, particularly if there's a chance you might have to do a return or exchange or you don't want to give out personal information.** This review is not a reflection on the staff, however, the store's management should review/clarify their return policies and clearly post those for customers before they checkout. For reference via Google, here's the online PetCo Return Policy: "Petco allows returns within 30 days of purchase, with some stores offering store credit for up to 60 days. Items can be returned in-store or by mail and can be returned even if the food packaging is opened, provided the item is in its original packaging. For returns without a receipt, Petco may be able to find your purchase if you have a linked phone number, or they may process the return for store credit, but this is not guaranteed."
