When my husband went back there our dog was on the ground the groomer was on to of her man handling her for a nail trim. She launched at my husband because he should not be back there. Which is true, but we could hear our poor dog screaming which she has never done in 4 years. We got our dog went to talk to the manager which was very friendly. She finished our dogs nails in the break room. Our dog did not scream and we left.

Bathrooms were dirtier than any gas station I've ever been. Never again. My pup needed a harness so I had to take her but never again would I go.
