- JWJoshua Williams3 days ago4.0Staff was nice, kind, and patient in spite of being short staffed. Store was crowded but well arranged and easy to navigate through. I would have given them 5 stars but I wasn't able to find everything I came for (hermit crab supplies were lacking in a major way, almost none to speak of) but that could have been on me for not having the foresight to seek out a more niche store. So yes, its a good choice of shop for any OTHER animal needs, just not hermit crabs.

All of them. The crickets and the roaches all dead. Sometimes the dates on the containers are from 3+ weeks, it's no wonder the bugs are dead. I've been going to the reptile store even though it's farther just to get quality food.
