I called 31 vets in my local area within 2 hours. These guys got me in, treated my dog with kindness and grace. Everyone in the office was amazing!! Tyler at the front desk, the vet tech and the vet. Spot on care!! Even helped with with purchasing a new collar. No judgement, told me what was going on and my sweet shy 80 pound dog loved them.

Our little 15 year old shichon, Lucy, began having chronic ear infections this year. We had multiple visits and tried many meds, but the infection continued to start clearing up only to return. Dr. Rich was absolutely wonderful the entire time - educating us on the process and offering suggestions (with no pressure at all). She always seemed very invested in Lucy and in helping us find a solution. We never felt rushed or like we were just "another dog" in her day. During one of the many re-check visits Dr. Rich suggested we test for Cushings since it affects the skin and Lucy had other minor symptoms. Although it was a little costly to rule that in/out, we trusted her expertise and decided to do the testing. It turns out that Lucy did have Cushings! We immediately started her on meds and Dr. Rich was hopeful that by getting that under control, it would clear up the ear issues. After another 4 weeks of antibiotics, and being diligent with the new Cushings meds, I'm happy to report that as of yesterday Lucy was finally infection free and the skin issue in her ear is gone! We were so relieved and happy, but do you know what made this news even better? It was seeing the genuine joy on Dr. Rich and her team's faces as she shared the news - they were just as elated as we were! Thank you, Dr. Rich, for your perseverance, the extra effort you took to correctly diagnose Lucy, and for your kindness and understanding along the way. Thank you Vetco team (Tyler, Clarisse, etc.) for consistently expressing genuine concern for Lucy at every visit and being so invested in getting her healthy again. Thank you!
