My dog Mel went in today to be seen about something that I have been stressing about due to the many causes her issue could have been. VA Olivia and Dr.Lattimer were wonderful and helped put me at ease. They walked me through how to identify next time, best food and when to return (if needed.) They have always done so well with her and I couldn’t ask for better people for my sweet Mel.

I had a wonderful experience at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. Tyler (the receptionist) was so kind and patience. My dog was afraid to get on the scale and Tyler went out of the way to ensure my dog felt as comfortable as possible. Olivia was sweet and insightful. She changed her method for obtaining my dog’s temperature immediately when she noticed his hesitation. Dr. Moose took the time to listen to all my concerns and gave great recommendations. She was gentle and kind to Michael (my dog). The staff all remembered Michael from previous visits. I highly recommend this clinic based off of the proven care of my dog and the warm and caring staff.

I love this practice. No trickling fountains or cutesy decor, just great staff and excellent, cost-conscious care. They treat humans and animals with respect. My fearful dog enters willingly and greets the techs and vet cheerfully. Outstanding!

I just adopted my sweet little foster boy Fig from Animal Rescue of the Rockies, and received a coupon for a free, first vet exam at Vetco Total Care. Although he was fully vaccinated and healthy, it was important for me to get him on a regular veterinary screening and routine. A few days ago he started having a little bit of diarrhea and I was concerned so I brought him in. I was able to get a same day appointment with many options for available times. A few hours prior to my appointment, Tyler, the concierge, called me and confirmed, and I was able to send over my immunization and all of my records by email for Fig prior to my appointment for review. So easy and convenient! Fig and I arrived and we were greeted and put in a room with the tech Lana and we were made very comfortable and greeted very warmly. When Dr. Miller came in, we were given lots of really good instruction and advice on switching over to food from the rescue when I was fostering to his now home diet and making sure that he has the right kind of kitten food amongst his older kitty sisters he now has and what could be attributing to his unhappy tummy. Everyone was so great and so patient with us and so kind. We felt very acknowledged and appreciated. The instructions were laid out and explained very simply and also sent home with us in writing. Today, Tyler called us to check on how Fig is doing, and we have slowly started to transition his new kitten, food, and happy to say that his diarrhea has gone away! Thank you for your support and care! We will see you soon for Olive and Pepper’s yearly check-up! Keri & Fig

At first glance, I was assuming Vetco was a doc in a box for a dog. I have been taking my dog Lily here for a couple of years now, they are way more than a doc in a box! They offer all of the services of a regular veterinary clinic with the ease of scheduling next day online. The staff has to be the best crew of veterinary professionals I have met. From the doc to the staff, everyone has such kind hearts, so loving with my dog and me, and super professional.
