Been in 4 times for a dog who can’t breathe out of his nose. They just kept chucking different meds at us to try, poor guy has taken one round of antibiotics, one round of steroids, and now on a new round of antibiotics. Nothing is working, he’s not sleeping…we’re not sleeping, it’s been 3 weeks. Tried to go through a specialist with VCA to get more thorough exam, and imaging done per direction of our vet. “Call us anytime and we’ll send the documents to the new clinic”. We called to transfer records and the lady very rudely told us she doesn’t have time. We’ve been in 4 times in a month and spent hundreds, that’s how you’re going to talk to us? This place is terrible.

I have a deaf Great Dane, Moose, who is scared of the vet from a previous bad experience. They were so patient and gentle with Moose. He was able to get his exam and vaccines and loved being there. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing care and bedside manner!

Took my dog here twice, the one thing I didn't like is, when they put cheese on the wall or on the floor and thought my dog was gonna pick it off (yuck) but otherwise it's ok.

Stephanie at the front is always so personable and she knows my pups and she takes the time to greet them and makes them feel so welcome. She gives them all the puppy smooches they want every time we come.
We LOVE Dr. Schreiber and she is our preferred vet. If it’s not an emergency appointment, I will make sure to see her. My bulldog will only see her and they have built quite the relationship over the last 3 years. She knows our entire family and always asks every time I’m in. She is knowledgeable and will make sure to make a recommendation if it’s necessary and has always made a good one. She doesn’t put unnecessary tests and when money, time, or any other factors have been a barrier she will work with me and come up with the best plan of action and has never made me feel she was out for anything other than the best interest of my dogs. We just love her.
The wellness plan has also been a great decision. A low monthly plan has saved me so much money on vet bills. .

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
