I have had to use VRCC many times over the years for a list of issues, injury, illness, sudden onset illnesses, cancer...they have always been quick, compassionate, caring, and professional. I breath easier knowing they are there when my regular Veterinarian isn't available.

Having been to the hospital twice over the course of one week for two different cat issues, we are so happy with the services provided by the Doctor and the Vet Techs. Ali and Lexi deserve a special shoutout for their WONDERFUL handling of a difficult cat case and the person working the phone and front desk was top notch, professional, and compassionate. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name.
We love the confidence of being able to go to VRCC when our regular vet is not open. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the animals.

We recently had to make an emergency visit, and during what was an incredibly stressful time, vet tech Keri made all the difference. She was refreshingly honest and came prepared with so much helpful information that we felt truly equipped to make the best decision for our pet. What stood out most was her demeanor, calm, warm, and so easy to talk to. You could genuinely tell she cared, not just about the animals, but about the families too. We’re so grateful for her and the team here.

My experience with VRCC was extremely disappointing and honestly left me questioning their priorities as a veterinary provider. From the moment our pet came in, it felt like the focus was not on what was best for my pet, but rather on recommending the most expensive treatments possible. There was little to no effort to explain alternatives, discuss a reasonable plan, or show any sensitivity to cost versus necessity, it felt entirely profit-driven.
What made it worse was that the recommendations didn’t feel transparent or tailored. Instead of walking me through options in a thoughtful, medically grounded way, it came across as a one-size-fits-all push toward the highest-priced interventions. That’s incredibly concerning when you’re trusting a veterinary team with your pet’s health.
After the visit, I took the time to share feedback about how negative the experience was. Initially, their customer service team seemed very responsive and concerned. They acknowledged the issue, apologized, and assured me that someone would follow up.
That follow-up never happened.
It has now been months with zero communication. No check-in, no resolution, nothing. The lack of accountability after making a point to “care” in the moment is frustrating and frankly unacceptable. It makes their initial response feel completely performative.
Between feeling pressured into expensive, unnecessary treatments and then being ignored after raising valid concerns, I would not recommend VRCC. There are far better veterinary practices out there that prioritize both patient care and honest communication.

I would like to start out by saying my pet was not seen here. I reached out inquiring about radiation treatment for my dog who is post op and needing radiation treatment. I got a call back saying they are not currently accepting new patients, which I was bummed about but understand. I called back later on and left another message asking of they had any kind of waitlist or cancellation list that we could get on. I just received a call back and the woman right away was short and had an attitude with me. She said "we aren't taking new patients" I responded, "ok, I just thought it was worth asking if you had any kind of waitlist 🙂" She responded, "No. We aren't taking new patients" I then thanked her for calling me back and she responded, "you're welcome bye" and hung up on me.
Honestly, I'm glad we aren't bringing our dog here for treatment. Other reviews have mentioned a lack of empathy and kindness at this hospital and I can now second that! It really isn't that difficult to speak to someone kindly who is dealing with a pet that has cancer and trying to find the best treatment for them, especially when I was being kind and simply asking a follow up question.
