    I love it here, My favorite Groomer is Kelly, F. She gives my pup exactly what she needs. All the groomers are so emotionally supportive an attentive even if they aren't the one working on my pup. and my little girl always looks/smells perfect. Love it here

    Kenzie and Team do a great job w Mater. He's a chunk of a boy and gets anxious when being cleaned but he's always happy coming out w a new bandana and smelling fresh. If it's helpful to anybody he's 85lb of love and they handle him nicely without tugging on him. He is a regular here now

    Cut was not as expected and groomer was not available when I picked the dogs up. The dogs looked clean but they didn't smell clean (I have never had that happen before). The groomer was very nice, cut was just not very good.

    Just had my Shih Tzu groomed again. Groomer did an excellent job! I use the same groomer and my dog has learned to trust her over the years. Friendly staff and the groomer was situationally aware of my dogs unique skin tags and did worked around them to avoid hurting her. I'm so very appreciative of that. I love the report card. Helps me understand how my dog handles the experience. And she look so darn cute when I picked her up.
