- BTBrooke TateNov 9, 20251.0I usually go to castle rock location for grooming and they’re great, my dog is a bit nervous when it comes to grooming but never too scared. I took him here about a month ago because the castle rock location didn’t have any openings when we got here it seemed very unorganized and loud in there and I think they had him in the kennel the majority of the time, I got there to pick him up after the call saying he was ready and they took quite a while to get him from the back and he didn’t even look like he had been groomed. I took him to the castle rock location today where he saw his usual people and her was terrified when I was leaving and apparently didn’t even want to get out of the kennel because he was so scared, something for sure happened at the county line petco location for him to be acting this way, I had an uneasy feeling going in here and should’ve trusted my gut and left with my dog. Pretty sure my dog saw Juno if not Juno brought him back at least. I would seriously never take an animal here again they have a horrible vibe to them and are not trustworthy
