  Terrible customer service from the sales associate but most importantly the Manager name Katelyn Vigil. Came in to pick up my online order online for the to find out that they said it has been picked up and they couldn’t find it. Which I don’t understand how since part of the pick up process is showing and ID or barcode. Tried to call customer service but it lead me to the store phone number where Katelyn was rude and laughed when I told her to direct me to customer service. Her response was “you can’t look it up” the hung up. I called back and she said we got disconnected. Unsure how someone that can’t even have a decent conversation with customers can be called a MANAGER, what an example she must be to the rest of these employees. I would hope there is someone better in that place that can manage the working at this store.

  Horrible customer service... whent to try and buy some fish and at first looked all around the store for someone to help me get them and couldn't find anyone...When I finally saw two staff that worked there waited for them to finish talking since they where in a middle of a conversation they clearly saw me waiting for them to finish talking and when they where done talking they completely ignored me and split ways which was really disrespectful... So I whent to the front register and waited 15 minutes in line so I can talk to the person on the register to ask for help on getting some fish... He called over the intercome for assistance in the aquatic area and we thought finally we are getting help.... But no we waited another 15 min and no one showed up litterally wasted 45 minutes of our time there so I ended up leaving was going to spend 200$ in fish what a loss for them honestly.... If i can give them 0 stars I would

  If there was 10 stars, I’d select it! Max was great! He made shopping experience effortless and efficient! Highly recommend this location! Great staff, clean area, great energies here!

  Have gotten my dogs groomed here for over a year and they always do a great job. Cheri especially did a great job, communicated well even though they were short staffed, and my dogs look great!

  animal cruelty these are just some of the pictures i was able to capture , not only are the cages to tiny for every single animal there but the conditions that they are in are extremely harsh as you can see in the snake picture the snake is LITERALLY in its water bowl because it’s to hot and the hamsters environment is terrible to hamsters are known to be in thick burrowing chips they don’t even have a centimeter of it in there cage when they need at least 6 inches bare minimum the cages are already terrible the least they can do is add things to make the animals time enjoyable somewhat i asked the worker about it she basically said nothin at all clearly they need to hire better workers or be put out of business because the circumstances these animals are in have them indangered.
