His behavior has changed so much, all for the better. He’s happier, more confident and more relaxed than ever before. I can’t imagine a better trainer.

The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. The staff are friendly, approachable, and clearly care about both the customers and their pets. I especially want to highlight my experience working with Miles, the dog trainer, over the past several months. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the progress of training my puppy. What has impressed me most is his ability to teach commands in just a few minutes that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own. He has a real gift for training and explaining things in a way that actually works. I’m so very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate trainer.
