Which I was okay with and I understood. I asked when she would be able to catch fish and her tone was snappy when telling me that she couldn't help me for another hour. I said id be back in an hour. An hour later, I came back to the fish wall and found no one there. I had to ask the first employee I saw to help me find someone that could help me with fish. 5 minutes later he came back saying that couldn't find the lady from the pet department. He said that he could help me get some fish but answering questions might be tough. The lady completely left and didn't bother to do her job once the fish delivery was done. Between the attitude I got and disappearing, it was a frustrating visit. I work for Petsmart and I understand what fish day is like, but you also need to understand you're in a customer service job.

This store happened to be on my way today, but thankfully it's not a place I'll have to go often.
