Cody informed me that this was the fault of the inventory guy who is no longer there. But Cody was pretty rude and told me I would get an email with the refunds for what I didn’t get. I never saw the email so I called and Cody said they are a pet store not a tech store and it would take a day. I asked for his name and he spelled it like I was stupid. Then accused me of being rude. As it turned out Cody only refunded me for one item not both. I called the 800 number and got the other refund but let them know that Dave at the S Mexico store is the nicest man but Cody is definitely not. I do not wish to ever deal with him again and I have been a Petco customer for years.
