Avoid this place if possible, and try to avoid the chain as well. I’ve gone to this vet for the past year, and at my cat’s initial appointment a year ago, I gave the techs a full history of my cat and they were great. Not sure what happened in the last year but the quality of care has decreased considerably. I took my cat in for an annual checkup, a tech came in and was asking questions, was nice enough and she (don’t know her name, she never gave it) started the appointment and asked if anything was going on with him. I told her he has black tarry stool in the last couple of weeks and then she asked if he vomits or has any changes in appetite or drinking and I tell them that he drinks a lot of water after he eats breakfast and pukes it back up but it’s only occurred 3 times in the last 6 weeks, otherwise he’s fine. She leaves the room and comes back with a completely rude and condescending attitude saying “well you made this appointment as a checkup but he’s SICK” which was news to me! I’ve had this cat for 14 years I can always tell when he’s sick. I ask what makes her say that and she says because his stool is dark and he vomits. So she goes to her computer and names all these tests he apparently needs since he’s *so* sick, and quotes me for close to $600. I let her know that I cannot afford that but I can do a couple of the tests like blood and stool (that I brought in) and she explains why the other tests are needed (which would’ve been nice off the bat) and mentions pancreatitis and I let her know that he has a history of that and the tech proceeds to cop an attitude some MORE and asks why didn’t I mention that, which prompts me to ask why it’s not in his chart since I gave a full history the year before. Apparently that’s my fault that whoever saw him last year didn’t put it in his chart. The tech confirms the tests we plan to do and asks about vaccines, which I let her know that he’s good until next year so she gets dismissive and has me sign the form for the tests and grabs my cat and says “we’ll call you when he’s done.” Ok, whatever, she somehow had a bad day between coming into the room at first and talking with the vet about what’s been going on with my cat. He was dropped off at 11 and I get a call at 4 by someone, didn’t catch the name, maybe the vet. She tells me that the stool came back fine (big surprise) but they were unable to get blood since my cat is “so aggressive” which is a wild accusation due to him being on Neurontin and very docile when I brought him in, apparently this place doesn’t want to do their job because they were ready and willing to book another appointment for him to get blood drawn. The person also said “we need blood to look at kidney function since he’s been vomiting and has bloody diarrhea” which is, again, WILD since I never said he had bloody diarrhea, just black tarry stool at times but apparently that’s bloody diarrhea. Great diagnostic work and clearly they listened to me! vomiting 3 times in the last 6 weeks after doing a gallon challenge with the water fountain after eating is cause for $600 worth of concern to these people. I let them know that I won’t be booking with them for blood, and I won’t be booking again in the future, I’m done with this vet and this company. They are incompetent and do not listen to you, they also love to blow things out of proportion and shake you down for every last cent. My cat sat in a cage for 5 hours for a blood draw. Do not go to this place. My SO and I will be taking both of our cats to a practice that’s owned by the people that work there. No more of these private equity firm owned companies that push their employees to upsell things you don’t actually need. This place is owned by Mars, Inc (think the candy bar company), and their prices for things are exorbitant. Start supporting local businesses and not these swindlers. Stop going to these places, they’re not any cheaper or better than family owned!!! High turnover rates for a reason and bad attitudes. Two clients have been lost, tough luck! He’ll get blood drawn somewhere else.

My pup was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and I can't say enough about Dr. Jennifer Rodriguez. She has been so attentive and compassionate and called me immediately upon getting results. Dr. Rodriguez took the time to have an in person discussion with me to explain everything in detail and provided thoughtful guidance on next steps without judgement or pressure. She definitely went into the right profession. Very thankful!

Service is pretty terrible. Attendants are rude and uninformed. They overcharge for services, and veterinarian care is inconsistent and uncaring.
