I asked the other employees if she was finished and nobody went back and told the groomer I was there I waited an extra 30 minutes to get her because the only groomer was working on another dog at that point. I saw at least 4 or 5 employees walking around while I was wondering where my dog was and not 1 person went back and told the groomer I was there. A little communication would have been helpful.
