After numerous terrible interactions, we have hoped things would get better and it just never does. If you would like to experience better customer service than Banfield Castle Rock, please consider going to DMV or Post Office first. Also, do not let your prescriptions run below a week's supply, it has taken on numerous occasions 3-5 days just to get them to call back our pharmacist to authorize the prescriptions. Oh and make sure you dont call them too frequently, they will start screening your calls The doctors rotate locations so good luck getting ahold of anyone who knows your pet and whats going on. As they say, you get what you pay for and clearly this is the dollar store version of veterinary clinics. Like i said in the beginning, if it is important for your pets to receive even acceptable care, please take them elsewhere!

Ever since he started here he’s called me AND my dog by name, always remembers me (and other clients I’ve noticed) he never fails to get me QUICK answers which is a rarity at Banfield. I feel as close to Sean as I do my favorite vet, Dr. Miller. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly, and we have never had any problems with check-in. All the docs were great over the years, but Dr. Miller stands out. She explained things well during the visit. She is so compassionate and showed a lotta love and care for Teddy. Dr. Miller helped us in our difficult decision about end-of-life care for Teddy. I highly recommend Banfield and Dr. Miller for the excellent care of your pets.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
