Good staff, less waiting and fuss at the front desk as Banfield in a Petsmart. Dr.'s were very attentive.

I recently took my furbaby to Banfield pet hospital. The staff was informative and attentive to the needs of my pet. They addressed all of my concerns.

The Vetanarians at Banfield pet hospital are very thorough and caring. When I have left one of my dogs there for observation I always get a call from the vet within an hour letting me know what they think is going on and what tests or medication they want to try. I have been very pleased with the pricing and with the follow up phone calls. Joanne Black

We had a puppy plan with this place when we got our puppy. When we scheduled our nurturing, they ended up not doing the procedure. We rescheduled and were told we could still use the plan. Our dog became sick and wasn't able to undergo the surgery so I set up an appointment to see what the next steps would be. They told us to hold off on the neutering until he is better and they would still honor the plan we had. We soon scheduled the surgery again but when we went in, they said we would have to pay out of pocket and that he needed a different surgery which was $300 more and not covered in the plan. They lied to us and refused to honor the plan we FULLY paid for. We asked to talk to a manager about the situation and no one has reached out. Bad place for new dog owners
