  Dr Goodwin and Kaitlyn were so nice and caring. We originally went in for vaccines, but our pup was not feeling great and they pivoted and made sure we were on a good path to make our dog feel better first and then we can come back for vaccines at another scheduled event. I also showed up early and they were able to take me back right away!

  I was actually here to get some food (the associates are always amazing) but while I was in line I saw a couple holding their dog come into the vet clinic & ask for help. They were met with such dismissiveness and coldness. They asked for help because their dog was dying & the girl just said "we're closed." (It is 1:40pm). But then the women just went outside to vape after turning these people away. At least provide them with other resources or options. You are a VETERNARY CARE clinic. So maybe act like you care about the animals. This just solidified for me why I would never recomment or bring my pets to a petco clinic. As someone who recently lost a pet, I cannot imagine how difficult, cruel and hurtful it must have felt for those people to be met with such a cold tone and no help. I truly hope those people got help elsewhere. Shame on this employee and this clinic. (The petco STORE employees are always so friendly & nice). Its a little concerning people like this women work in a vet clinic.

  I was visiting Boulder when I needed to take my dog in for a nail trim and anal gland expression. I called to book the appointment and the scheduler was very friendly and efficient. I could tell when we arrived that my dog felt very comfortable with the staff. Everyone was friendly and the veterinarian was knowledgable and helpful. After she provided my dog a physical wellness exam, she explained in great detail how the exam went. I even learned something new about my dog's teeth and I am now scheduling him to possibly have a tooth extracted. My only complaint is the anal gland expression was $63 and back at home in Wisconsin, I pay our groomer $20 to do it. Other than the cost, I would definitely go back.
