The fish person and manager (recognizable by her piercings), makes shopping here an exhausting experience. She is incredibly rude, judgmental, and creates her own policies on the fly. She seems less interested in customer service and more interested in going on a power trip. She previously refused to sell us a fish using bizarre, aggressive language ('It'll murder or be murdered') but the breaking point was a recent return. Despite having my receipt and being within the 30-day window, she grilled me on my tank setup and guilt-tripped me, literally stating I was 'killing the fish' by returning it. She ended the interaction by arbitrarily telling me I am never allowed to buy fish there again. It is *impossible* to have a reasonable conversation with her - go elsewhere to avoid the harassment. We won't be back.

The girl in the fish department with all the piercings literally makes excuses why she can't sell people fish at the moment because she is to lazy to take the time to catch the fish and bag them for customers. It is definitely recommend to take your business somewhere else!
