A "manager" with earbuds in and a multitude of piercings wouldn't let us get a bearded dragon unless we were purchasing much more. We had to send pictures from home to provide an example of our setup. Nothing needed to be purchased but it was "recommended" moreso mandatory. During this conversation my daughter became quite distressed and was crying, we exited the store for a bit to calm her down, she was very irate catching on to the swindle. My daughter persuaded me to continue, we went back in for the lizard $25 for the dragon + $128 in extra lights and materials that weren't needed. I haven't been back and likely won't again I recommend the Reptiles store by Safeway North Boulder for excellent customer service and supplies

At least McGuckin’s texts or calls when they’re out of something. Ended up ordering from chewy.com instead and I’ll probably continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
