I have an ornate box turtle who has been a little sluggish lately and not coming out of her covered shelter. Turns out it’s just a little too cold in her enclosure and we have to switch some things up in her environment. Today she seems a lot more active and alert. Dr. Sofia and her assistant Shannon we both very helpful, informative, and gentle with her care/nail trim. I’m confident Dr. Sofia knows what she’s talking about because she has experience with her own box turtle as well. Sounds like they will be able to get me on the right path for my turtles good health later down the line.

I reached out twice via text with no response. When I finally called, I was told dismissively that they do not treat backyard poultry and that I “must be mistaken.” If this service is no longer offered, the website and listings should be updated. Ignoring messages and dismissing concerned pet owners is unacceptable, especially when people are trying to get urgent care for their animals.

Dr. Julia and the staff were so comforting, caring, and extremely professional during the euthanasia process. If I ever do decide to get another pup I’ll be going back here for all care.
