They found a bad tooth that needed removal, so They took a bunch of tests to send off which included my main fecal concern but also to check for anesthesia purposes. Was told I would get a call in 1-2 weeks…. I eventually called to check in on the test and they told me they would reach out to me when they get the results back, it’s been almost two months. Called them today to get the prescription to the cat food so I could buy more and I was told they have been trying to reach out to me but I have 0 missed calls from them. They even confirmed my phone number and they had my correct number. Might not be everyone’s experience but this is mine, they did solve the diarrhea concern so there’s that, but my cat still has a tooth that needs removed and the tooth will be removed elsewhere.
