- RPRaejeana PyeattApr 10, 20261.0Very disappointing visit. Do not take your pet to this location! I took my cat here because she had puked and was not eating. They took X-rays and told me she was blocked and that she needed to go to the emergency vet and stay the night and thry did not have the capability to do overnight. So I took her to the emergency vet and after they looked at the X-rays told me she was not blocked. They gave her anti nausea meds and fluids and sent me on my way. If I had chosen to do an ultrasound instead of getting the X-rays read from their radiologist it would have cost me $1100. If Petco vets had read the X-rays correctly I would not have had to go to the emergency vet in the first place and spend another $500 on top of the $300 I spend at Petco. If you can’t read X-rays properly then you should NOT offer the service!! Petco gave me no other options on what could be wrong with her. And she is find now with anti nausea meds and a little bit of fluids!

It’s not considerate of customers. What kind of place is this? I really question why I came here.
