- MOMike OpfermanMar 10, 20261.0My dog got the vip service locked in a cage for hours? Your service is miserable. We have been loyal customers for years however that ended when you locked my dog up. We even were willing to look past butchering my dog haircut the last time when you cut off all her hair on her tail.
- KCKat CrowNov 30, 20255.0Logan S and the team at Petco Grooming in Southlands Mall are top-notch and go way beyond the call of duty. My rescue is a 12-year-olds and I have had him 2 years. He lost his "brother" pup Wednesday and he came in for grooming appointment shaking. Logan came out from behind the desk and spent 10+ minutes with him reassuring him and making him feel safe! My pup Simba now looks and smells amazing but the appointment would not have happened without Logan S. TLC! I highly recommend this groomer and Petco Shop!
