They have all treated Odie like gold.Odie is a senior dog so he needs to be handled with care! Odie's most recent visit was extraordinary. I needed to purchase some supplies for Odie and Stonewall was very helpful. He assisted me in finding the right fit for Odie. I noticed that Odie is so loved by all the Petco staff. I love feeling at home when I shop Petco. Keep up the amazing work Petco!

To top it all off the staff could not find shot records done by the co company located inside and worst part I paid a lot for uncut nails and unbalmed palms which I was told by an employee that they will no longer offer ! Do not bring your babies here!!’
- TSTiesha SmallsDec 11, 20252.0My dog wasn’t completely brushed, he had a ketchup clump on his paw that was broken up and not completely combed as well as his damp head. The hair dried and it was very curly, a different pattern from his torso that was blown out. I called to make a complaint my number was taken and no one ever reached back out. This was a rushed process, the groomer told me upon arrival she was hoping I’d come in earlier than the appointment so that confirmed. I won’t be back and I’ve been coming to pet to 5 years.
