  Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Lady was on her phone at the register and I asked where the dewormer was. Her response was “I don’t know” so while I searched around for 20 minutes with no avail she didn’t look or help. Then when I found it it was locked in a case 3 feet from here. Asked to get one and she just said “I don’t have the key” are you slow, stupid, or dumb? Because what kind of interaction was that?

  My husband and I have been shopping at Petco for years now. Today was especially amazing. The manager, Sherri, went so far above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. She is definitely an asset to Petco. It is so hard to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service. Keep her close and pay her well. She is an asset!

  Came to this location to get Theo groomed and thankfully we a wonderful experience. Kenzie (Sorry if we spelled her name wrong) was amazing and did such a great job with Theo. She was gentle and precise with what we had asked for. We will definitely be back!!

  I have had fish my entire life. I have never been so incredibly belittled in front of other customers! Denying a customer a sale for fish, they want to purchase because you need to question everything about their fish set up is ridiculous. Repeatedly telling me the number if fish in my tank is already past max is comical at best. Our tank has been up for 3 years.... with more fish than currently has. Zero issues, minus a whoops where fish got trapped in a volcano bubbler. Hence getting new fish to replace them. Dont even get me started on the checkout process. This location is always cringe worthy.

  Having just moved to Aurora Colorado From Rochester, New York and being used to the climate of Petco, there, I was taking aback by the rather rude behavior of the manager of the Aurora Petco. Nevertheless, we were there to purchase an item for our dog, and I decided to ignore the manager’s demeanor. On A better note,there was a Petco employee who was putting out Easter stock and other Items who was helpful, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, we left with a bad taste in our mouths because upon trying to check out the manager again, exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior. There are other options from which to purchase things for our miniature golden doodle. Though farther away, it may be worth our while to avoid Petco in Aurora, though very close to us.
