  Very disappointing and misleading experience at Vetco Total Care Aurora South (16960 Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO). This was our FIRST visit on January 19, 2026. We came in ONLY for a vaccination and explicitly declined all additional services. We also had a valid “FREE FIRST EXAM for New Clients” coupon, which my wife presented at the front desk before the visit, but staff told her that the coupon was “not needed.” Despite this: • An exam-related charge was still included, • And the final total came out to $160.47, which was not what we expected or agreed to, considering we requested only a vaccine. What makes this even worse is the lack of transparent pricing. Before the visit, I tried to find clear and detailed pricing information on the Vetco website, but could not find a straightforward list of service costs. As a client, it is impossible to make an informed decision when prices are not clearly disclosed in advance. If an exam is mandatory even when a client declines all other services, this must be stated clearly and upfront, both online and at the front desk — not discovered later on the bill. This experience felt misleading and untransparent. Veterinary care should be based on trust and clear communication, and unfortunately this location failed in both. I would not recommend this clinic unless every charge is confirmed in writing before the appointment.

  I just found my new Vet!! My little dog jumped off the couch and wouldn't put any weight on her hind leg. Thrive was the only place that could get her in and not outrageously charge me to do so. The staff and Vet were very friendly, polite, courteous and displayed the most professionalism I have seen in awhile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
