It was 10:09 And they said sorry your appointment has been canceled since it’s past 1005 and I told them all you guys were in the back the whole time on your phones you could clearly see them just sitting down on their phoneswhile I was waiting here since 10 and they’re like there’s nothing we can do about And try to reschedule me for three hours later just because they wanted to sit on their phones a little longer
