I’ve seen three different vets and each gave knowledgeable, empathetic care to my two senior dogs. They have helped me plan “end of life” care with its difficult decisions. Today my 15 year old Shih Tzu was euthanized and Dr. Jazmine was wonderful throughout the process. The support staff is equally lovely. I wholeheartedly recommend this Vetco hospital.

I only receive notifications, the morning of, that I have to reschedule because the 15 minutes to do the exam wasn't enough time to answer a few question about my dog developing seasonal allergies. His eye swelled but went down and I wanted to ask about allergy medications that might help. No symptoms have been present in a couple days, simple question to ask. I'm a barber and 15 minutes is enough to consult, evaluate and complete a full haircut. Guaranteed, if I wasn't denied today, I would've shown up and been out in maybe 5 minutes. They just don't want to do the proper evaluation. If I showed up and my dog had swelling, then what? Would I have been turned away and unvaccinated. Isn't a "healthy/wellness" exam supposed to examine if there are any concerns? Their vet department apparently are unqualified and unprofessional. As a barber, I see my appointments and if there are concerns about a booked service then I would allow them to come in, consult and either perform the expected service if it's within the allotted timeframe. If not then I would give them proper instructions to address what they want. I no longer trust them for my pet services as they don't seem qualified or professional enough to entrust with my pets wellness.
