From the moment you step in, you feel the difference—it’s so welcoming, with cozy couches for the animals and a warm, friendly atmosphere that never feels cold or sterile. Dr. Chawla takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, never rushing us, and always making us feel like a priority, no matter how long we stay. We truly feel our Great Dane is in the best hands here!
- ELElizabeth LentFeb 23, 20263.0Scheduled a cytopoint shot for my pup. When I got there turns out they didn’t have the right combination of doses for my 45lbs dog. Could have given me the right dose at 30-20 but that would have cost ~$30 more than the 40-10 combination. Instead of just giving me the lower price, they had me reschedule bc I don’t want to pay the higher price for the same about of medication. Would’ve appreciated checking the dosages in stock before scheduling an apt and wasting a trip. Always treat my anxious guys good there and give lots of treats, though.

This place was patient with him and tried different ways to see how to get him his shots without him being terrified. My last vet treated him like he was very aggressive and basically pinned him with his head in a door corner to enter room. Which is why I tried Pet365.
