My name is Dr. Pranav Chawla and I own PetVet365 Aurora in Denver, CO along with Dr. Jeff Lowery. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. I brought my dog in for the first time and the staff was extremely friendly and heard everything I had to say and addressed all of my concerns. They communicated everything they were doing, they were transparent about the prices and even helped be get a credit with them so I didn’t have to worry about not being able to afford it and still get my dog help. The rooms were comfortable and not so medical, they offered lots of treats and got down on the floor and sat with my dog for maximum comfort. After so many disinterested vets in the past, I almost cried during this visit and will 100% be coming back and enrolling to be a member with them because I never want to switch vets again now that I found this company!

Dr. Chawla was incredibly knowledgeable and seems to really care about the well-being of the animals he cares for. The entire staff was so lovely and so genuine. Devin, India and one other lovely lady whose name has slipped my mind.. thank you all so much for showing my baby so much love and care today. We look forward to seeing you all again in the future!

She was not only able to see him on short notice, but she took her time with us trying to troubleshoot. We never once felt rushed. Her treatment plan for him consisted of labs to see if anything was going on with him internally and she recommended some Standard Process supplements. I like that she incorporated holistic remedies into her practice rather than going straight for aggressive therapies like steroids, which didn't work with our regular vet (and can have long range side effects if you use them too often). She was very attentive to Freddie and likes to think outside of the box. We'll see where this takes us!
