To top it all off the staff could not find shot records done by the co company located inside and worst part I paid a lot for uncut nails and unbalmed palms which I was told by an employee that they will no longer offer ! Do not bring your babies here!!’

The hair dried and it was very curly, a different pattern from his torso that was blown out. I called to make a complaint my number was taken and no one ever reached back out. This was a rushed process, the groomer told me upon arrival she was hoping I’d come in earlier than the appointment so that confirmed. I won’t be back and I’ve been coming to pet to 5 years.
