Pretty sure you have lost a loyal customer. I have already found another groomer. I'm sure with the size of your company, my couple hundred dollars means nothing.

I have my fur baby appointment every four weeks and to push me back another 3 weeks is uncalled for. For sure I will be looking for another place.
