  There’s always issues with this location. This morning I walk in for my grooming appointment and they say that their heat is out and they won’t be accepting dogs. You knew and you couldn’t call me to let me know before I drove there? The workers and groomers are just highly incompetent.

  My pup comes to PetCo every 6 weeks to see Logan for grooming. My pup is a nervous wreck and Logan is so good to him and always does a great job. Logan is the absolute best!

  I had one of the worst grooming experiences at this Petco location, and I want other pet owners to be aware before trusting their pets here. I took my golden doodle for grooming two separate times, and both visits were extremely disappointing. The first time, I clearly explained what kind of cut I wanted and even showed pictures. Not only did they leave his hair way too long, but they also did not trim his face at all. When I asked why, they told me my dog “bites,” which made no sense because my dog does not bite. He may play bite when he’s excited, but he has never bitten anyone. It felt like an excuse for not doing the job properly. I decided to give them another chance, hoping the second visit would be better. Unfortunately, it was worse. This time they cut his hair way too short, the coat was uneven, and his overall appearance looked terrible. They also left his nails untrimmed, and again told me the same story that he bites. This is simply not true, and it was very frustrating to hear the same excuse after receiving another poor grooming job. When I brought my dog home, he looked so different and uneven that my daughter started crying because she thought I brought home a different dog. That’s how bad the haircut was. I paid for professional grooming, but what I got both times was careless work, inconsistent results, and excuses instead of responsibility. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly do not recommend their grooming services. Our pets deserve better care and attention than this.

  I needed to find some puppy food for a lil husky with tummy trouble. Petco had so many choices, way more than other stores. The store personnel were very helpful and even sent me home with some tummy friendly treats. I love the selection because I also shop for my kitties and fish. I also like to feed the birds around my house. Just a great pet supply sore.
