They chipped her puppy and she yelped her puppy peed all over herself and my daughter started crying. The nurses started laughing at my daughter. they shouldn’t even be allowed to work there. This behavior is unprofessional and acceptable, they did not offer to rectify the situation in any way no apology either thank you Vetco for making this a traumatizing experience for my child!!
